Prefabricated building is a combination of EPS Sandwich Panel of any color,and Steel Framework. It can be widely used as living room, office, meeting room, recreational room, workshop, parking lot, storage etc. the standard production can be assembled and disassembled for many times. Custom-made house could be designed on client's demand equipped with all the services of plumbing, electrification and civil work, complete in all respects, handed over on turn-key basis.

Sandwich Panel
EPS sandwich Panel is composed of Upper and Lower Color Steel sheets embedded with Polystyrene (EPS) molding machine and formed through cohesion of high strength adhesive.
1. Thickness of Sandwich Panel Varies between 50mm and 200 mm.
3. Sandwich Material (EPS) density is 15kg/m
3.
Upper and Lower Colored Sheet Thickness is 0.4~ 0.5mm.

Product Application
- It is used as an insulator in the building structures, deep freezer and cold rooms
- It can be used in lightweight concretes, coffees cups and take away food containers etc
- Due to excellent cushioning properties, heat resistance and limitless design possibilities, it is used as protective packaging in various industries.
- It is shock resistant, non toxic , odorless and does not attract insects therefore it is quite suitable for fresh food packing
- It is ideal material for construction of earthquakes shock proof houses.

Steel Framework
Steel Structure of standard prefab building is composed of following components:-
1. Central and Corner columns
2. Purlins
3. End Ties
4. Trusses
5. Wind Ties
6. Foundation Channels
All structural members are manufactured on section forming machine with different sections and thickness as per design. C-Channel is normally used in standard prefab building with thickness 1.50mm.
